FINNPLAY EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN ESTONIA

Finnplay Technologies is expanding its physical presence in Northern Europe by opening a new office in the Estonian capital Tallinn.

The company said the newly opened office will expand its software development capabilities. At the moment only 9 people work in the new hub, but Finnplay company plans to double its Tallinn workforce within the next year.

Based in 2008, Finnplay is a privately held provider of iGaming platform technology and related services in North America. The company develops customized solutions for providing desktop and mobile gaming services in regulated territories.

Finnplay’s flagship product is a completely integrated Titan casino and betting platform. It includes a technology stack based on various microservices, including integration for online casino games, payments, and products from other third-party providers, as well as a back-office for site managing.

The platform is regulated and available in a wide range of jurisdictions, including Sweden, the United Kingdom, Romania, Denmark, Belgium, Bulgaria, Malta, Hungary, and Mexico.

One of the essential aims of Finnplay’s new Estonian team will be supporting the company’s customers’ product innovations and developments. It will also strengthen Finnplay’s strong points in the iGaming market, such as responsible gaming, anti-fraud system, and risk analysis.

Estonia has recently become one of the demanded centers of technological development in Europe thanks to its qualified talents in the field of software development.

Alina Belova, the Administrative Manager and Legal Counsel in Finnplay’s Tallinn office, commented on their expansion. She said that their new development space in the Estonian capital will be “a hub for innovation and software development to support Finnplay’s continued growth and success.”

She added that their newly formed team consists of skilled developers and business professionals who have the necessary skills and experience to help the company achieve its “grandiose development goals”.

Finnplay CEO Martin Prantner said they are delighted to open their new office in Tallinn and expand their regional presence, as well as improve their skills and development resources for their clients.

He thinks that the key to their growth and success will be the software development and that their highly qualified newly formed Estonian team will help them seriously improve their productivity and capabilities.

It’s been a big year for Finnplay in many ways. In July, a former partner of Global Gaming transferred all intellectual property rights to their co-built Swedish brand Nano Casino to Finnplay.

Finnplay and Global Gaming have joined forces in the summer of 2019. The partnership was established shortly after the latter suspended its Swedish B2C license. Both companies launched Nano Casino in August 2019. Global Gaming also passed on its Ninjacasino.se domain to Finnplay later that year.
